Stretch Routine is a daily routine for track before workouts to activate body for workouts and competition.  Plyometric workout is done to supplement weight room and done 1-2 times a week.  Mobility Workout is done 2-3 times a week and includes hip, ankle, shin split prehab, and yoga stretches.
